About Oscar Trelles

Bio

Oscar Trelles is the author of The Human OS Manual, a forthcoming systems book about energy, clarity, performance, recovery, adaptation, and healthspan as one connected operating system. His work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, human performance, physiology, leadership, and environment design.

The book grew from years inside high-performance environments, burnout and recovery, coaching work, retreat facilitation, and repeated exposure to the same pattern: people trying to solve connected problems in isolated pieces.

His work integrates physiology, behavioral science, and systemic coaching to help people understand and steward the conditions that shape performance, recovery, and adaptation.

The Human OS Manual represents years of research, client work, and personal experimentation distilled into a practical framework for sustainable performance.

The Mission

Modern life strains human biology. We are operating systems that evolved for a different world. The mismatch shows up as burnout, cognitive overload, and organizational dysfunction.

The Human OS Manual is an attempt to name the operating logic people are already living. Not through more productivity tips or motivation, but through understanding how the human operating system actually works and how to steward it under load.

It is a science-based framework for leaders, teams, and organizations navigating an overwhelming world. A manual for designing conditions a human system can trust.
