A public record of confirmed changes to The Human OS Manual and its companion resources.
The book and its public resources are designed to remain inspectable after publication. When a confirmed error, evidence revision, or meaningful interpretation change requires correction, it will be recorded here.
This page tracks changes that affect the published record. It does not list routine copy edits, formatting adjustments, or ordinary website maintenance.

- Confirmed corrections
- Errors in wording, references, figures, or other published material that change what a reader should rely on.
- Evidence updates
- New evidence, corrected sources, or changed research status that materially affects a claim in the book or Evidence Map.
- Interpretation updates
- Cases where the evidence remains valid but the wording, boundary, or interpretation needs to change.
- Edition changes
- Meaningful changes carried into later print or digital editions.
How changes will be recorded
Each entry will identify the date, affected edition or resource, location, type of change, what changed, and why. Where evidence is involved, the entry will link to the relevant Evidence Map record.
Evidence remains inspectable
The Evidence Map shows the research supporting the book's central claims, including limitations and source roles. Material evidence changes recorded here should also be reflected in the relevant Evidence Map entry.
